Refund policy

Flora Street Home does not refund for change of mind, so please ensure you select your items carefully as styles are made to order.

We do offer store credit or exchanges on all orders if returned within 14 days after receiving. To return your item it must be unused and returned in original condition.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and Flora Street Home makes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Flora Street Home.
